What I collect, and why

If you use the contact form, I get your name, phone number and message. If you ring or email me, I get whatever you choose to share. I use it for one thing: replying to you about your inquiry — the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

I never sell your details, never share them for marketing, and never add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my inbox (servers may be outside the EU; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses).
Netlify hosts this site.
Google Workspace handles my email.

Analytics, when enabled, is self-hosted and cookieless — it counts visits without identifying you. This site sets no tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your inquiry within 6 months. If we do, I keep what's needed for the work and for Irish tax records.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it — just email hello@arguto.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
